Please note that due to the nature of Sector7's offerings and because Sector7 trades worldwide, price quotations are provided only after learning a little about your organization's specific project base requirements.

Technical Support

If you are an existing user of Sector7's tools and have a query relating to functionality/operation or wish to report a problem, please submit a Technical Support Request. Please submit a Request for Information if your requirements are of a pre-sales nature, this will ensure that your request is routed to the correct department.

Technical support is available 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. CST in the US and 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. GMT in Europe. Please note that we do not supply telephone support.

Product Licensing

Many of the products supplied by Sector7 incorporate a licensing mechanism to protect the interests of all parties. Software piracy is theft, and Sector7 will take action against all perpetrators without exception.

If you need a temporary or permanent license key, wish to transfer an existing license to another system or have a question about a license for any of the products that Sector7 supplies, please submit a Licensing Request.

License support is available 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. CST in the US and 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. GMT in Europe. If you are likely to require license keys outside of these hours on a frequent basis, we do offer the ability to request license keys via email from an automated service. Please contact us for further details.

In order to provide a license key, certain information will be required about the system onto which the software is being installed. For Sector7 products, include the System ID (send the output from the "gid" program supplied with all Sector7 toolkits); for BBC products, include the output from "bbc info"; for XLNT, include the output from the XLNT command file "support.xcp" supplied with XLNT.
